Made to your specification, not to a catalogue.
Custom sizes, orientations and branding are the normal work here rather than an exception with a surcharge attached. If you are not certain a specification can be produced, send it through and it will be reviewed properly.

- Customisation
- Sizes, orientations and branding to spec
- Before you commit
- Proof or sample available on request
- Artwork
- Checks available on request
- Minimum order
- From 100 units
Four things you can change.
- Size
- Any insert dimension, not just the standard formats. If your card is an awkward size, that is the requirement — not a problem to be talked out of.
- Orientation
- Portrait or landscape, with the lanyard slot punched to suit. Both can sit on one order if different departments need different things.
- Branding
- Printed pouches carrying your logo or artwork. Options depend on the artwork, the format and the quantity, so it is quoted with the pouches rather than as an extra.
- Material and finish
- Clear flexible PVC is standard. If the pouch has to survive something specific — outdoor wear, a wet site, daily handling for a year — tell us what it faces.

An unresolved specification is still worth sending.
A lot of enquiries arrive half-decided: the quantity is firm, the size is a guess, the artwork exists but nobody is sure it will work. That is a normal starting point, not a reason to wait.
Tell us what is settled and what is not. Artwork and pre-production checks are available on request, and a proof or sample can be produced before you place the order — so the uncertainty gets resolved before anything goes into production rather than after.
And if something genuinely cannot be produced, you will be told that directly instead of being quoted around it.
Send what you have, in whatever state it is in.
Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, but a high-resolution raster file is usually workable. If all you have is a logo pulled off a website, say so — that is worth knowing before production, not after.
Two things are worth checking on every layout: that nothing important sits in the strip above the lanyard slot, and that the orientation of the artwork matches the orientation of the pouch you are ordering.
Custom does not mean a bigger minimum.
The minimum is 100 units whether the order is standard or custom. Turnaround on custom work depends on what is being changed — a non-standard size behaves differently to a print run — so it is confirmed in the quote against your actual specification rather than estimated here.
The same full-colour printing goes onto packaging as well: if you need your product to arrive in something branded, custom printed frosted zipper bags start at 50 units.
Custom orders, answered.
Yes. Custom sizes, orientations and branding are normal work here. If you are not sure whether something can be produced, send the requirement through for review — and if it cannot be done, you will be told directly.
Yes. Branding is available on custom orders, and the practical options depend on your artwork, the pouch size and the quantity. Send us your artwork or a description of what you want and it will be quoted with the pouches.
Tell us. Artwork and pre-production checks are available on request, and we would rather work through a file before production than after it. This is not automatic on every order — just ask and it will be arranged.
Yes. A proof or sample can be provided on request before an order is placed. Orders are also inspected before packing.
Send us the requirement
Describe what you need, including the parts you have not settled yet. If it can be produced, you will get a price. If it cannot, you will get a straight answer.
