Lanyard Pouches 78 × 130 mm
A tall, narrow portrait format. Long enough for a name, a role and a barcode without going wide.
The extra height here is the point: 130 mm gives you room for a name, an organisation, a role and a scannable code stacked vertically, while 78 mm keeps the pouch narrow enough not to look oversized on the chest. It is a useful middle ground when a card format is too small but an A6 pass is too large.

The identity on a tall badge usually lives on the printed insert rather than on the pouch, so ordering plain costs you very little of what you came here for.

The printing itself is quick. The time goes into getting the artwork right and having you approve the proof — the step that stops five hundred pouches being printed wrong.
Working to a tight deadline? Send the date with your specification and we will work with you on it. If it cannot be done you will be told that, rather than found out later.

This format is supplied portrait as standard, with the lanyard slot punched on the top edge. If you need it the other way round, say so with your specification and it will be reviewed — it is a change to the product rather than a rotation of the artwork.
How it compares to the other sizes
This is the format for information stacked vertically. It is 7 mm narrower than the 85 × 110 ID pouch but 20 mm taller, which sounds like a wash and is not: the height takes a fourth line — name, organisation, role, then a scannable code — without the badge getting any wider on the chest. Choose 85 × 110 mm instead if you want the width for a landscape layout, or 95 × 125 mm if the pass needs to be physically bigger overall.
The mistake to avoid
Where the code goes. A barcode or QR code naturally lands at the bottom of a tall format, which is also the part of the pouch most likely to be curved against a body and in shadow. Keep the code well clear of the bottom edge, and scan a test print of your own artwork at final size before you commit — a code that will not read is a queue at the door.
Branding this format
The tall proportion gives a printed header strip across the top real presence without eating the space the insert needs. Where the pouch itself is printed, the practical options depend on the artwork and the quantity, so send the file with the specification and it is quoted together.
The lanyard to pair it with
15–20 mm suits this format: enough to carry a longer pouch without the strap disappearing behind it. Our standard branded lanyard is 20 mm, dye-sublimation printed in full colour with a trigger clip, and it can go on the same quote as the pouches.
