This is how to order lanyard pouches from us: six steps, one point of contact. Nothing here requires you to know the industry — if you can describe what you need, that is enough to start.

You send a specification
Quantity, size or format, branding, the date, and where it is going. If parts of that are undecided, send it anyway and mark them as undecided — a half-formed enquiry is still a useful starting point.
Minimum order 100 units.

We quote against it
A real price for the actual specification, with turnaround and delivery included rather than discovered later. If something in your specification will cause a problem, you hear about it now.

Proof or sample, if you want one
Available on request before you place the order. Artwork and pre-production checks are available too. Neither is automatic on every order — you ask, and it is arranged.
Recommended for a first order, or any print run.

You confirm and production starts
Standard turnaround is around five working days depending on the specification and current workload. Many orders are completed within 48 hours. Rush is available as a premium service, subject to capacity.

Inspection before packing
Orders are checked before they are packed, not after a complaint. The cut edges and the lanyard slots are what get looked at, because they are what fail first.

Delivery
Nationwide across South Africa, to the neighbouring countries we serve, or exported by arrangement. Confirmed as part of the quote rather than added at the end.
What this process is not.
It is not a shopping cart. There is no add-to-basket, because a useful price depends on a specification rather than a SKU.
It is not a formal design consultancy on every order either. Artwork help is genuinely available — you just have to ask for it, and most orders do not need it.
And a quote is not a commitment. Asking costs nothing, and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
