The constraints that shape these orders.
Worn every day, not for one day
Site and office ID gets handled constantly. The slot and edge finish are what fail first, which is why orders are inspected before packing.
Card format is already decided
The card usually exists before the pouch does, and it is very often the standard 86 × 54 mm ID-1 card — the bank-card size that most printed staff and access cards use. That goes portrait into the 58 × 90 pouch. Send us the card you already issue, or its dimensions, and the pouch is matched to it: every size we list is an insert size, so that is the measurement to give us.
Repeat supply matters more than a one-off price
Contractor turnover means reordering. Keeping the same specification on file makes the second order faster than the first.
How big these orders usually are.
Staff ID orders often run in the low hundreds, with top-ups through the year. The minimum is 100.
Unit price moves with quantity, so if you are close to a round number it is worth asking for both. We will quote the alternatives rather than waiting to be asked.
