Production is around 5 working days as standard, and many orders are completed within 48 hours. Transit sits on top of that, and varies by destination.
The common planning error is budgeting for production and forgetting transit — which is how an order that was “ready in time” still arrives late. Give us the date you actually need the pouches in hand, not the date you want them finished.
If the date is tight, rush turnaround is available as a premium service, subject to availability and quotation.
Orders are inspected before packing.
Checking a run after a customer complains is not quality control. Orders are looked at before they are packed — principally the cut edges and the lanyard slots, which are what fail first on a poorly made pouch.
If you want to see the product before the full run, ask for a proof or sample. It is available on request and it is the cheapest insurance available on an order like this.
