Lanyard Pouches 95 × 125 mm
A step up from the standard ID size, for badges carrying more than a name.
The extra 10 mm of width and 15 mm of height over the 85 × 110 format is more useful than it sounds — it is the difference between a name and a role, and a name, a role, a logo and a session schedule. A common choice for multi-day conferences where the badge does more work than simply identifying someone.

This size is usually chosen for a double-sided insert, and that insert can carry the branding on its own — so a plain pouch still arrives looking finished.

The printing itself is quick. The time goes into getting the artwork right and having you approve the proof — the step that stops five hundred pouches being printed wrong.
Working to a tight deadline? Send the date with your specification and we will work with you on it. If it cannot be done you will be told that, rather than found out later.

This format is supplied portrait as standard, with the lanyard slot punched on the top edge. If you need it the other way round, say so with your specification and it will be reviewed — it is a change to the product rather than a rotation of the artwork.
How it compares to the other sizes
Ten millimetres wider and fifteen taller than the 85 × 110 ID pouch. That sounds like nothing and is not: it is about a quarter more room to print in, on a badge that still does not feel oversized. It is the difference between fitting a name and a role, and fitting a name, a role, a logo and a session time without setting any of them small. If you need more than this, the next real step is A6 at 105 × 150 mm.
The mistake to avoid
Paying for the area and then not using it. This format only earns the step up if something is printed on the reverse, or the front carries more than a name and a logo. If the badge is only ever going to say who someone is, 85 × 110 mm does that job on less material and hangs lighter.
Branding this format
The usual reason this size is chosen is a double-sided insert — programme or site map on the back, identity on the front — so the branding decision here is more often about the insert print than the pouch. Both are quoted together if you send the artwork with the specification.
The lanyard to pair it with
15–20 mm. This is a heavier badge than the card formats, so the 20 mm end of that range is the safer specification for anything worn across several days. Our standard branded lanyard is 20 mm with a trigger clip.
