Clear PVC lanyard pouches, in the size your card actually is.
A lanyard pouch holds a card or printed pass and hangs from a lanyard. The only decisions that really matter are which insert format you need, which way up it reads, and whether it carries your branding.

The eight sizes we supply.
Every dimension here is the insert size— the card or printed pass that goes inside. The pouch itself is always slightly larger, and its external size is confirmed on quotation. Custom insert sizes are available on request.

Card not on this list? Custom lanyard pouch sizes are normal work here.
Clear PVC, cut clean, punched square.
Standard pouches are clear flexible PVC. It is transparent enough to read a card through without glare, and flexible enough to survive being handled every day rather than once at a conference.
The two things that fail first on a cheap pouch are the cut edge and the lanyard slot. Both are what an inspection before packing is actually looking at.
If you need a different material or finish, tell us what the pouch has to survive and it will be quoted against that.

From 100 units upward.
100 units is the minimum, and it is published here so you do not have to ask. Plenty of suppliers in this category set their minimum at ten times that without saying so until you enquire.
Unit price moves with quantity, size, material and branding, which is why there is no price list. Send a quantity and you get a real number rather than a range.
If you are between two formats, measure the card.
The insert is what to work from. Send us the card you already use, or its dimensions, and the pouch is matched to it — rather than the other way around.
Questions we get asked most about the range.
The minimum order is 100 units. We state it up front so you do not have to ask — and if you need fewer, send the requirement through anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Insert size. Every dimension listed on this site is the insert — the card or printed pass that goes inside — because that is the measurement buyers actually mean and the one you can verify with a ruler. A pouch is always slightly larger than its insert so the card slides in and out easily, and its external dimensions are confirmed on your quotation.
Orientation determines which edge the lanyard slot sits on, so it changes how the pouch hangs and how your artwork must be laid out. Rotating the same insert is not the same as ordering the other orientation. If you are unsure, tell us how the badge will be read and we will advise.
Yes. Custom sizes, orientations and branding are normal work here. If you are not sure whether something can be produced, send the requirement through for review — and if it cannot be done, you will be told directly.
Send us your specification
Tell us the quantity, the size and when you need them. You will get a real number against a real specification — not a placeholder. Minimum order 100 units.
