ID Pouches with a Press Stud
A closing pouch with a press stud, in clear or black. For cards that must not fall out.
Every other format in the range is an open-top sleeve, which is fine for a one-day conference and less fine on a mine, a construction site or anywhere a card getting lost costs real money. The press stud closes the pouch, so the card stays in when someone bends, climbs or works overhead. Available as a clear pouch, or in black where the card should not be visible until it is deliberately shown.

The printing itself is quick. The time goes into getting the artwork right and having you approve the proof — the step that stops five hundred pouches being printed wrong.
Working to a tight deadline? Send the date with your specification and we will work with you on it. If it cannot be done you will be told that, rather than found out later.

This format is supplied portrait as standard, with the lanyard slot punched on the top edge. If you need it the other way round, say so with your specification and it will be reviewed — it is a change to the product rather than a rotation of the artwork.
How it compares to the other sizes
Every other format in this range is an open-top sleeve. That is fine for a one-day conference and a poor bet on a mine, a construction site, or anywhere replacing a lost access card costs a shift as well as a card. The insert is the same 85 × 110 mm as the standard ID pouch, so this is not a size decision at all — the entire difference is the closure and the colour option.
The mistake to avoid
Ordering it clear when it should have been black. This is the one format offered in both, and black is the choice when the card carries something that should only be readable when it is deliberately shown — a clearance level, a contractor number, a name on a site where anonymity matters. It is a decision to make on the quote, because it is not something that can be changed afterwards.
Branding this format
The black option is also the strongest branding surface in the range: a printed mark on solid black reads far better than the same mark on clear PVC over a busy insert. On the clear version the insert usually carries the identity and the pouch stays plain.
The lanyard to pair it with
15–20 mm, the same as the standard ID pouch it shares its insert size with. Worth raising separately on the quote: on industrial sites a breakaway fitting is often specified rather than a fixed loop, so state the site requirement and it will be confirmed rather than assumed.
