What is your standard branded lanyard?

Polyester, 1000 × 20 mm, dye-sublimation printed in full colour with a trigger clip. Dye sublimation bonds the dye into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so a full-colour design costs no more than a single colour and the print does not peel. Other lengths, widths and attachments are available on request.

Can we order lanyards and pouches together?

Yes, and it is worth doing. The trigger clip has to pass through the slot punched in the pouch, so specifying both together means the pairing is matched for you and you get one price and one delivery date instead of two.

Can you print our logo on the pouches?

Yes. Branding is available on custom orders, and the practical options depend on your artwork, the pouch size and the quantity. Send us your artwork or a description of what you want and it will be quoted with the pouches.

What is your minimum order quantity?

This is what a standard branded lanyard is, unless your specification says otherwise. Different lengths, widths and attachments are available on request — send the requirement through and it will be quoted.

Lanyards are quoted per unit like the pouches, with the same minimum order of 100 units, and can sit on the same quote so you are working from one price and one delivery date.

Why dye sublimation is the right print method here.

It is not a detail worth ignoring: the print method decides what your design can do and how long it survives.

Full colour costs no more than one: Dye sublimation prints the whole design in one pass, so a photograph, a gradient or a six-colour logo is no harder than a single-colour name. There is no per-colour surcharge to design around.
The print will not peel: The dye bonds into the polyester rather than sitting on the surface, so the design survives being worn, pulled, packed and worn again. That matters most on lanyards that get reused across several events.
Both sides, edge to edge: The full width of the strap is printable, so a repeating name or a URL runs continuously rather than sitting in a small printed window.

Pairing a lanyard to a pouch.

The trigger clip passes through the slot punched in the top edge of the pouch, so the two products have to be specified together rather than bought separately and hoped for.

Twenty millimetres is the standard width and suits most formats. The larger passes — A6, the 105 × 105 badge and the wide 140 × 102 — carry more weight, so 20–25 mm is the sensible range there. The compact card formats sit comfortably on something narrower.

Lanyards and pouches go around a neck. If you also need something for the product itself to travel in, custom printed frosted zipper bags are matte PVC with a resealable zip, printed full colour, in seven sizes from 5 × 5 to 28 × 40 cm. Minimum 50 units.
