Straight answers to what gets asked most.
If your question is not here, ask it directly — the answer will be just as plain.
Ordering and minimums
The minimum order is 100 units. We state it up front so you do not have to ask — and if you need fewer, send the requirement through anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Yes. A proof or sample can be provided on request before an order is placed. Orders are also inspected before packing.
Quantity, the size or format, whether you need branding, when you need them, and where they are going. If any of that is still undecided, say so — "not sure" is a useful answer and we will work through it with you.
Yes, and it is worth doing. The trigger clip has to pass through the slot punched in the pouch, so specifying both together means the pairing is matched for you and you get one price and one delivery date instead of two.
Yes, where that is easier for you. Add your WhatsApp number to the quote form and we will use it.
Fifty units. That is lower than our 100-unit minimum on lanyard pouches, because a first branded packaging run is usually small. Fifty is a real starting quantity, not a token one — and we publish it rather than asking you to enquire to find out.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is around five working days, depending on the specification and current workload. Many orders are completed within 48 hours. Rush turnaround is available as a premium service, subject to availability and quotation — tell us your date and it will be confirmed in the quote.
Often, yes. Rush turnaround is a premium service and depends on quantity, specification and current capacity, so it is quoted rather than promised. Send us the deadline with your specification and we will confirm what is possible.
In South Africa. They are manufactured locally rather than imported, which is the reason a 50-unit run is possible at all and why turnaround is measured in working days rather than in shipping weeks.
Sizes and specification
Yes. Custom sizes, orientations and branding are normal work here. If you are not sure whether something can be produced, send the requirement through for review — and if it cannot be done, you will be told directly.
Insert size. Every dimension listed on this site is the insert — the card or printed pass that goes inside — because that is the measurement buyers actually mean and the one you can verify with a ruler. A pouch is always slightly larger than its insert so the card slides in and out easily, and its external dimensions are confirmed on your quotation.
Orientation determines which edge the lanyard slot sits on, so it changes how the pouch hangs and how your artwork must be laid out. Rotating the same insert is not the same as ordering the other orientation. If you are unsure, tell us how the badge will be read and we will advise.
Yes. Branding is available on custom orders, and the practical options depend on your artwork, the pouch size and the quantity. Send us your artwork or a description of what you want and it will be quoted with the pouches.
Polyester, 1000 × 20 mm, dye-sublimation printed in full colour with a trigger clip. Dye sublimation bonds the dye into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so a full-colour design costs no more than a single colour and the print does not peel. Other lengths, widths and attachments are available on request.
Custom insert sizes are available on request. Send us the dimensions of the card, or post us one of the cards, and we will quote a pouch built to it. Every size listed on the site is an insert size, so that is the measurement to give us.
When a card must not fall out. Our other formats are open-top sleeves, which are fine for a conference and less so on a mine, a plant or a construction site. The press-stud pouch closes, and is available in clear or in black where the card should not be visible until it is deliberately shown.
Work from the item, not the bag. Stud earrings and rings sit in 5 × 5 cm; pendants and bracelets in 7 × 7; chains and small accessories in 9 × 9. For apparel, a folded t-shirt goes into 20 × 28, a hoodie into 24 × 35, and bulkier or multi-item orders into 28 × 40. The size picker on the frosted zipper bag page draws all seven to scale against each other, which is usually faster than reading dimensions.
No, and this catches people out. We list every size as width × height in centimetres, so 20 × 28 is 20 cm across and 28 cm tall. Some suppliers list the larger number first, which makes the same bag look like a different product. If you are comparing quotes, check which way round each one is written.
Yes. Printing is full colour, so a photograph, a gradient or a multi-colour logo costs no more to print than a single-colour mark — there is no per-colour surcharge to design around. Send the artwork you have and we will tell you whether it will hold up at the size you want it.
Yes. The seven listed sizes are the ones ordered most often, not the only ones available — custom sizes are made to order. Send the dimensions of the item going inside, in centimetres, and the bag will be specified around it rather than the other way round.
Yes. The same product gets sold as a frosted zipper bag, a frosted ziplock bag, a matte PVC ziplock bag and a PVC zip bag, depending who is writing the listing. If you are comparing quotes, the things worth matching are the material, the finish, the dimensions and which way round they are written — not the name.
Artwork and branding
Tell us. Artwork and pre-production checks are available on request, and we would rather work through a file before production than after it. This is not automatic on every order — just ask and it will be arranged.
Pricing
Price depends on quantity, size, material and branding. A published figure would change the moment you asked for anything specific, so we quote against a real specification instead. Send us the details and you will get a real number.
Delivery and export
Yes, nationwide. Delivery time is quoted alongside production time so you are working from one date rather than two.
Yes. We ship to Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho and Mozambique, and to international destinations by arrangement. The business is a registered exporter. Include the delivery destination with your specification and it will be quoted.
Still got a question?
Send it with your specification, or on its own. Either is fine — you will get an answer rather than a brochure.
